Cheap Or What! CDs is exactly what it claims, the oldest UK mail-order CD and video shop on the internet. Established 1974 in the UK, on the Internet since 1994, they have over 250,000 CDs. Unfortunately it really looks like they haven't updated their site's design since '94 -but then again, it is cheap or what.
