Enthusiasts can ‘get it first' by pre-ordering new releases and having them delivered to their door on the actual day of release. To make sure you are buying just what you want, there's also the opportunity to ‘Try before you buy,' which means you can listen to music sound bites, read book extracts as well as watch film clips online.

Tower records

Tower records is a great music store and its website is fab as well. You can search by artist or genre. They also have some good sales on - when I did this review they were offering a massive amount of CDs for under a fiver.
